Water Jet Cutting Foam Pool Noodle at 75,000 PSI

After a long Minnesota winter, we're ready for summer here at Jet Edge waterjet systems!

We had some fun in our test lab water cutting this foam noodle at 75,000 psi.

As you can see, water only waterjet is fantastic for cutting foam.  It cuts without heat so it doesn't melt the foam, leaves a very small kerf and does not smash the material.
